The Opportunity: In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Onsite Services and will work closely with the Avantor's Lab and Production Services team of over 1,500 on- and off-site expert personnel - and our customers - to perform customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science. What we're looking for: High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a scientific field strongly preferred. 3+ years of lab environment work experience or college degree in scientific subject area required. Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills required. Handling, shipping, and preparing samples for testing and analysis required. Keep a clean, sterile, and functional workspace required. Organizational skills required to organize, catalog, maintain sample inventory, ensuring proper labeling, and following established protocols for sample handling. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines are critical to maintaining the integrity and traceability of samples. Ability to follow, write, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintains compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs). A detailed understanding and ability to operate in an aseptic environment equipment. Generalized understanding of health and safety hazards in the presence of caustics and acids. Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills. High level of customer service skills with the ability to always display a professional can-do demeanor. Fulfilling special requests for compounds accurately. Receiving and tracking packages while properly storing compounds in the correct storage conditions. Storing or archiving and disposing samples in established inventory management. Prepare samples for international and domestic shipping. Laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration (balances, automated stores, liquid handling devices, sonicator and water bath). Maintain lab inventory Track KPIs. Operating Echo acoustic liquid handler preferred. DOT/IATA certification preferred. Maintain clean laboratory Other duties as needed. Description The Job The Corporate Paralegal plays a key role in supporting the firm's legal operations, corporate governance, and various compliance activities. Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and cross-functional partners across the firm, you'll help ensure Prime Buchholz meets its regulatory and fiduciary obligations while supporting efficient legal and compliance processes. In this role, you'll manage a broad range of legal operations responsibilities-from contract administration and corporate recordkeeping to due diligence, compliance filings, and other special projects. This position offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in corporate legal operations within the investment management industry while partnering with colleagues across Legal, Marketing, Technology, and other business teams. Description As a part of the Patient Access team, the Virtual Access Manager will play a proactive role in supporting patients by enhancing access to therapies across the Hematology and LSD portfolio. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare providers and institutions, you will address reimbursement and access barriers and deliver value through strategic account management and patient-focused support. Objectives and Responsibilities Optimize Patient Access: Serve as a key resource to navigate reimbursement and access challenges for patients and providers, ensuring timely and effective access to therapies. Proactive Education and Support: Deliver tailored, field-based education on reimbursement processes to key accounts, including provider group practices, hospitals, academic institutions, specialty pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders. Anticipate and address access challenges to support patient care. Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations, identifying and resolving reimbursement and access issues to ensure seamless therapy initiation and continuation.
