In this role you will: Coordinate daily intake, preparation, and shipment of compound samples (solid and liquid), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support research activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for sample-related requests, managing workflows, and providing timely updates to internal teams and collaborators. Maintain accurate compound inventory records, including labeling, documentation, and system updates, to ensure full traceability throughout the sample lifecycle. Utilize laboratory automation tools and informatics systems to execute workflows, including liquid handling and compound storage technologies. Partner with onsite and global teams to align priorities, coordinate activities, and ensure consistent execution of sample management operations. Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, turnaround times, and overall service delivery. Perform all activities in accordance with safety, quality, and operational standards, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
