Our FSP team is currently seeking a Sr. CRA 2 with 4+ years of monitoring as well as strong Oncology monitoring experience residing on the West Coast. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will utilize your skills, knowledge, and clinical judgement to provide a high standard of care for participants in clinical trials and respond to emergency situations based upon clinical research standards. SUMMARY/JOB PURPOSE: The Clinical Trials Manager (CTM), Clinical Operations, coordinates the activities associated with the evaluation, initiation, and management of solid tumor oncology clinical trials. Requirements BA/BS degree required 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience 2+ Reimbursement, Access or Patient Support Services experience required Specialty experience required, rare disease preferred Buy and Bill product experience required Ability to solve access issues related to both specialty pharmacy and medical benefit products. Virtual Experience is preferred Ability to travel up to 20% Strong written, verbal, & interpersonal skills required The annual base salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $150,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
