Essential Job Functions: Maintainsefficient record-keeping systems of allpatrolchecks. Makescampus rounds on a routine basis tomonitorsafety/security services in place. Makesvacation checks for residents on vacation. Routinelymakes safetychecksof theresidents' automobiles and the parking lot. Alertslaw enforcement of suspicious situations. Respondsto requests for specialresidentialsecurity checks. Respondsinan appropriate mannerin emergency situations. Monitorsthe safety/security measures in place on the campus. Transportsresidents on the campus to various locations throughout the campus. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay. Qualifications: Education and Licenses: High school education or equivalent G.E.D. preferred. Must have a validCaliforniadriver's license and practice safe driving techniques. Must be 21 years of age or older. Training and Experience: First aid training required. Knowledge and Abilities: Basic safety knowledge and writing skills for record keeping are required. Ability to maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation. Basic computer proficiency required, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365 for documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
