This includes feasibility evaluations, design, execution, and documentation of engineering studies, component specification and evaluation, and all other activities required to support delivery of a complete, validated process to manufacturing. Job Responsibilities (Including Key Result Areas, Specific Accountabilities, Tasks, Etc.) * Ensure proper documentation practices during job activities. * Ensure Preventative Maintenance is scheduled appropriately for the Facilities team * Track preventative maintenance, calibration metrics and compliance reports for the facility. * Perform visual inspections. * Gather, organize, and communicate operational information to others. * Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage logistics. * Use CMMS to track inventory and materials when planning work. * Communicate priorities and progress to team on a continuing basis. * Assist with coordinating activities of support groups. * Monitor records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Attend inter-departmental meetings to discuss matters involving the coordination of multiple departments. * Coordinate with vendors or representatives from other departments as needed to appropriately schedule work. * Interact with other departments to implement corrective/preventative actions. * Participate in cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals. * Perform data entry. * Read, understand, and comply with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including general safety, lock outs and so on. Wear gowning, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by specific activities. Recommend and initiate activities to ensure area and equipment is maintained in a state of compliance. Assign work tasks and activities to others. Other Duties: Prepare documentation of activities, actions, and/or results. Update/Write job plans as needed. Read SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and excerpts from technical documentation.
