Description Assist with new product and ongoing quality conformance activities , including data collection, documentation, and testing support. Support engineers in the development, execution, and documentation of test plans under supervision. Help review and maintain quality records, procedures, and inspection documentation . Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities , including data gathering and basic analysis. Assist with material review activities (MRB) by documenting findings and tracking corrective actions as assigned. Support supplier quality and vendor-related activities , including audit preparation and issue tracking, as directed. Compile and organize data for quality performance reports and improvement initiatives . Assist with environmental and sustainability initiatives related to product quality and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Engineering, Quality Control, and Manufacturing to support production readiness and quality objectives. Perform other engineering or quality-related duties as assigned to support departmental goals. Basic understanding of engineering and quality principles , including inspection, testing, and problem-solving concepts. Ability to analyze data, document results, and follow established procedures . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing or engineering environment . Clear verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Willingness to learn, take direction, and apply feedback in a professional setting. Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment as required. May require standing, walking, or light lifting in support of engineering or quality activities.
